Early Athlete Check-In will be held at Mission CrossFit San Antonio between 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Friday, February 5. Game-Day Athlete Check-In will be at Mission CrossFit San Antonio between 6:00am – 7:00am on Saturday, Feb 6. At check-in, ONLY 1 ATHLETE MUST BE PRESENT. Please help us move quickly on Saturday, by registering Friday evening if possible. If you register Friday and need your numbers written on your arm again, just stop by at registration on Saturday to do so. Athletes will receive their swag bags at check-in, including event shirts and athlete wrist bands. Please take care of your wrist bands! You will need this to enter the event as well as participate.
There is one MANDATORY athlete briefing that will be given on Saturday, Feb 6 at 7:00am. Every competing athlete is required to attend. This will be a quick, concise meeting to go over the flow of the day, and address any questions on movement standards. Please read over the workouts and movement standards prior to attending.
Athletes are responsible for their own tents/chairs; plenty of space is available and on a first come, first served basis. Our event space including warm-up area and event floor, will be a closed off space. Athletes, coaches and volunteers will be the only ones allowed in this area for safety purposes.
Due to the difficulty of crowd control and local covid regulations, this year we will not be allowing spectators. We will be allowing each team to bring a single “Coach” with them, who will have a designated wrist band. We recognize this is not ideal, but our focus is going to be entirely on the athletes and the competition itself.
FACE COVERING POLICY:
We ask that all athletes, coaches and volunteers practice social distancing at 6 feet apart from people other than those in your party.
ATHLETES: Face coverings will not be required while working out, but encouraged where social distancing cannot be maintained. In the event we must move inside, only athletes on the workout floor are not required to wear face coverings, everyone else inside will be required to wear one.

Please understand that we have limited parking directly alongside our facilities, so carpooling is highly recommended! You are welcome to park anywhere around the 8800 block of Broadway building lot. There is also street parking available on CeeGee and Botts Lane.
